For Nationals:
1. Submit your team’s Player Eligibility Form to eligibility@ncr.rugby. Please use the help video which walks through the new PEV process for 2024-2025.
2. If needed, book air travel. The NCR travel agency, PRS Travel, can assist you.
3. If needed, book local transportation. The NCR travel agency, PRS Travel, can assist you with booking team vans.
4. Book hotel rooms for your team. National events are stay-and-play tournaments, and it’s mandatory that all teams stay at these designated tournament hotels. Exceptions will be made for schools within 60 miles of the location. To make your reservation contact Bill Price at 480-246-4101 or email bprice@wise-traveler.com.
5. Bring Emergency Medical Information for each player. (example)
6. Ensure that you have a fully stocked team medical kit including taping supplies for known injuries, basic OTC medications and sunblock.
7. Confirm Team Broadcast Information: Using the NCR App, all players must confirm that the information that is publicly displayed on their team roster is correct. If any changes need to be made, players must sign into Sport:80 and update their Player Profile Requirements. Men's deadline is December 9.
8. Provide Jersey Numbers: Once all player information is updated, club contacts will be sent a roster link through exposure to enter jersey numbers.
Men's deadline is 24 hours before your club's check in time. It is expected that players will be assigned a jersey number for the entire weekend, but in the case that a jersey number needs to change, please flag this for NCR atinfo@ncr.rugby.

Men's RSVP
- To receive a training time, all clubs must first complete the steps above. A member of our team will then provide a sign up link to book your training time slot.
- Check in will take place 15 minutes BEFORE your training time, all teams are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes early. All teams are expected to check in the day before their first match. Team check in will be located under the white tent by the team drop off/entrance.
- Each team must nominate 4 players to represent their team in full kit for media shots which will occur after they check-in. These should include their captains and other key players. We will have these players check-in first and then head to the media room (expect this to take about 20 minutes).
- All players are required to to bring a state or school ID. Once approved all players will receive credentials that must be worn at all times around the SaberCats Facility when not playing.
- Printed roster forms will be provided at check in with jersey numbers. It is expected that players will be assigned a jersey number before the weekend, but in the case that a jersey number needs to change, please flag this for NCR at info@ncr.rugby.
- If you preordered t-shirts, those will be available at check-in. Merchandise will also be available for purchase on site.
- Two training fields will be running per hour; each team receives one half to use during their slotted hour training time.
