NCR’s high-performance program identifies and nurtures elite-level collegiate rugby athletes by providing advanced training, education and competition to support their growth both on and off the field. The program fosters excellence in rugby performance while promoting academic success, personal development, and long-term career readiness.

By creating a professional environment that accelerates the high-performance pathway, NCR drives the growth and development of collegiate rugby teams, student-athletes, and coaches. This is achieved by enhancing players’ rugby intelligence and providing quality coaching resources to support their journey to success.

Women's Algarve sevens
The NCR All American Women’s 7s team will travel to Portugal from June 1-8 to compete in the prestigious Algarve 7s, returning to the international stage after an impressive second-place finish in 2025.

Led by Head Coach Jamie Frech, the squad looks to build on last year’s momentum and take the next step toward a championship performance.

Men's boston fixture
On the XVs side, the Men’s All Americans will travel to Boston from August 15-22 for a marquee fixture against Cork Constitution Football Club, one of Ireland's most storied rugby institutions. Led by Ed Tubridy, the tour provides a unique opportunity for athletes to test themselves against high-level international club competition.

RUGBYTOWN SEVENS
The Men’s All Americans 7s team returns to Rugbytown 7s in Glendale, Colorado from August 16-23, following a successful late invitation to the tournament in 2025.

Under the direction of Coaches Steve Lewis and Ethan Pougnet, the team is eager to build on last year’s experience and compete for top honors in one of the premier domestic sevens competitions.

Women's Midwest Tour
NCR will also field a Women’s XVs side for domestic matchups in Madison, Wisconsin after arriving in Chicago August 14-24, facing top Canadian university programs and the University of British Columbia.

This team will be coached by Jamie Frech after she led a successful 2025 England Tour.

All Star Tournaments
The All Star Tournaments showcase the top athletes across divisions and conferences. Each year, over 300 men and 250 women are selected to attend the national All Star Tournaments. These events attract professional scouts from Major League Rugby, Women’s Elite Rugby and Premier Rugby 7s.

Prior tours
Women's World Cup
August 17-31, 2025, the Women's All Americans traveled to Northern England for the 2025 Women's Rugby World Cup. Players bore the flag during the opening game between USA and England and competed in two matches against select University sides ending the tour with a 1-1 record.

Boston Fixture 2025
On June 21 the NCR All Americans took on Ballynahinch in Boston at Veterans Stadium in Quincy, MA following the MLR Eastern Conference final.

After a chippy back and forth match, the All Americans beat Ballynahinch 13-10.

Algarve sevens 2025
June 4-9, 2025 NCR Select teams took on the Algarve 7s in Portugal.

This tour took men's and women's 7s squads to compete against elite teams from across the world.  The men claimed the Men's Open Cup title, and the women finished second in Women's Cup.

Paris 2024
In summer of 2024 the NCR All-Americans took a three week undefeated tour of France. On tour were 32 players representing 20 schools from eight conferences and 15 states, commemorating the 100-year anniversary of the United States defeating France to win gold at the 1924 Paris Olympics, the last time XV-a-side rugby was featured in the Olympic Games.

The team was hosted by the French Rugby Federation to visit its elite training center outside Paris, inspiring many players and coaches to work for higher honors.
