1. Log into Sport 80 account
2. Access your club page
3. Click PEV Forms tab on left
4. Click Add New to create a new PEV
5. Add PEV / Team name
6. Click Coaches tab to add coaches
   1. Click add in top right
   2. Search for Coach(s)
   3. Click add, and then choose role of Head Coach or Assistant Coach
   4. Repeat to add more coaches
7. Click Members tab to add players
   1. Click add in top right
   2. Click box in top left to "Bulk add" member pool (de-select coaches from bulk add - they can alway be removed after the fact)
   3. Click blue bulk add button in top right
   4. Repeat to add more players throughout season
8. To remove someone from PEV, find their name, click on three dots to the right and click remove
9. To generate PEV, click Player Eligibility Verification button in the top right to download as a PDF
