With over two decades of experience in business strategy, M&A, and operational excellence, Santiago "Santi" Tagtachian has a proven track record of driving growth and innovation across diverse industries. His passion for leadership and team development extends beyond the corporate world to the realm of rugby.
Throughout his career, he has held senior executive roles at LifeStance Health, where he contributed to the company's growth from a startup to an IPO, and at Georgia Behavioral Health Professionals, which was eventually acquired by the private equity firm Summit Partners. He has also worked with several other companies in Argentina, leading teams to achieve significant revenue growth and profitability. Santi has developed and executed comprehensive business strategies, including mergers and acquisitions, product launches, and market expansions. Additionally, he has demonstrated his ability to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive cost reductions.
Santi's rugby journey began at the age of 6 and continued until he was 27, during which he represented Belgrano Athletic Club in Argentina at the highest level of domestic rugby. Today, he is dedicated to coaching youth rugby, currently serving as the head forwards coach for the AYR Golden Eagles varsity team. He is passionate about growing the rugby community in Atlanta and beyond, working to expand the sport’s reach and impact.
